  Just tried to call the pharmacy to see if they have a prescription item which is urgently needed to be met with recorded options with no one to speak to and no option for pharmacy which is very poor when there are urgent enquiries. ☹️☹️☹️

  amazing customer service i received. i went to the pharmacy last sunday. i was so stressed about a headache i kept getting and the pharmacist spent a lot of time and effort to reassure and guide me, my family recommended this pharmacy because of great medical advice. she was a really lovely pharmacist; this is the only place i’ll come for medical advice. thank you hall green tesco pharmacy

  I only tend to leave reviews when people really make an impression on me. Been meaning to type this review for a while but have just been busy. I went to the pharmacy for my nieces ear infection and needed advice and help on what I should do. The pharmacist was a delightful young lady called Sanaa who went above and beyond to help me. She greeted me with so much respect and went out of her way to answer my questions (and there was a lot)! She really knew her stuff and went into detail with the different types of medication that I could try. She told me it wasn’t infected and it was a build up of ear wax- that she could use ear drops to soften the wax and it may help with the pain. She was just brilliant. Very patient, lovely and helpful pharmacist. Continue doing what you’re doing Sanaa !

  I went in regarding a rash that I had. I was seen quickly and advised what medication to take. Quick and efficient service.
